Classic Range

Classic range: These kayaks were the first of what later became known as the  “British Style” of kayak. Although still heavily influenced by the Greenland kayaks they reflected the demand for more predictable handling especially when laden. In achieving these aims the kayaks featured softer chines, higher freeboard and a slightly increased beam. As a paddler you will find these kayaks more forgiving than the hard chined Greenland models, with predictable edging and high secondary stability.
